Administration support

Administrative staff, provide support services for the whole school.

Exams data analysis officer

Manages all stages and processes in the internal and external administration of school examinations; this  can include producing registers/timetables; booking & setting up rooms; organising special arrangements; recruiting and training invigilators and analysing assessment data.

Finance officer

Responsible for the management, evaluation and development of the school’s financial systems, functions and procedures. Contributes to the office and front-line contact services, liaises with parents, staff, outside agencies and governors.

Office manager

Assists the head teacher and senior leadership team with the administration of the school, including the financial administration and maintenance of pupils’ records. This includes the initiation of efficient service improvements to administration and financial control systems. Provides a front line service of welcome to the school.

School business manager

Responsible for all matters within the management of the school which support, but do not involve teaching. This includes:  finance, personnel management, estate and facilities management, administration, strategic planning and ICT systems management. School business managers  are responsible  for ensuring that the school makes the best possible use of available resources.
